A key component to increasing growth for FY26, a new concept for the kitchens department overhauls the existing process of buying a kitchen in favor of what is actually important when the customer cooks, eats, and entertains in their home kitchen.Â
In this project, the steps of putting together a kitchen are broken down into easy-to-understand pieces, making the journey more accessible for DIYers and creating a selling tool for workers in the department. Inspiration is split across the department to highlight key focus's throughout the customer journey.
